She made her Kennedy Center recital debut in 2006, performing in the Terrace Theater. Ms. Corruccini joined the Minnesota Orchestra as a member of the first violin section in 2008. In 2010, she was appointed Concertmaster with the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra, with whom she was heard as soloist in Vaughan Williams' The Lark Ascending. This season, she is featured again in Shostakovich's Violin Concerto no. 1. Before moving to Minneapolis, Ms. Corruccini spent two years performing with the Houston Symphony. A member of the Sun Valley Summer Symphony, recent summers have also seen her at the Grand Teton Music Festival and as Assistant Concertmaster at the Colorado Music Festival. Ms. Corruccini's education includes a Bachelor of Music with honors from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied with Cleveland Orchestra concertmaster William Preucil.
